As I told Lola from Door-to-Door in an e-mail:

Your driver, Vasyl, was more than excellent!

I paid for an open trailer.

I was amazed that it was shipped in an enclosed trailer now I understand the cost or rather, why you told me to pay him directly but it seems like you did not get your commission, correct?

[They forgo their commission to get me on a truck right away!!]

Your service was exemplary! I cannot recommend you highly enough!

Now I see why you had a 98 percent rating from customers saying that they would use you are recommend you again; much higher than the average.

Obviously, the vehicle came unscathed and was as clean as it was when it left the dealership. (They had just washed it and they expected it to arrive dirty but it was spotless)
