After reading review after review, I spoke to Roy at Door to Door who walked me through the process. He explained what the fees were used for, gave a quote that was exactly what I ended up paying, and explained that vehicle shipment is not an exact science, but delays could be mitigated easily. Roy either answered when I called or returned my call promptly and answered all questions I had.
As for the process itself, I met the driver, dropped my vehicle off, and it arrived when promised for the price quoted and in good condition. Roy called me as soon as it was available for pick up in Hawaii. I would DEFINATELY use Door to Door Transport and recommend it to my Soldiers and friends.
