After reading the reviews of many transport companies and obtaining a number of quotes, I decided on Door to Door Transport. I must admit I was a little nervous about shipping my daughter's car to Hawaii, as I had never had to do anything like this before. Roy was professional, helpful, friendly and truly made me feel confident about the move. I was advised in advance of when the funds would be taken from my bank account, so I could ensure the monies were safely deposited. West Coast Transport (the driver's name was Boris) picked up the vehicle in North Tonawanda, New York on the day that was designated and actually got to the port of Seattle in advance of the time we were given. The ETA we were given for the vessel arriving in Honolulu was spot on. Fortunately the winter weather was not a factor! Roy was immediate with his responses whenever I called or emailed. Boris from WCT kept us appraised along the way of how he was doing time wise, when he was heading to our home to pick up the car. This was a perfect transaction in every way, and I would certainly recommend Door to Door Transport to anyone who needs to ship a vehicle!
