The pick-up portion of the transaction with Door-to-Door was very smooth, and Anthony kept in constant contact with me. Anthony's explanation of the process was clear and on point, and he attempted to work out a pick up date for my car that would coincide with my arrival in HI as closely as possible. My issues came about when I attempted to pick up my vehicle the day after arriving on the island. I called Matson and the service rep told me their offices closed at 6p, which was incorrect, turns out they closed at 3:30pm, but their customer service on the phones were available until 6p, which made me waste time driving to to the location. My vehicle also had two areas of paint scratches on my car door which I now have to claim...hopefully, this won't become a hassle. Overall, satisfied.
