If I ever need to ship another vehicle, I’ll use Door-to-Door because of their fair price, great customer service and on time delivery.

This was the first time I have ever shipped a vehicle. My son is in the Air Force and currently in Technical School at Sheppard Air Force Base, TX. He is in class all day and has restrictions on when he can leave base. Therefore we had a very small window of opportunity to deliver his F-150 to him. The truck could only be delivered on a weekend and could not be delivered to the base itself.

I received over 10 quotes for this delivery. Door-to-Door was right in the middle on quoted costs. Price was not the reason I went with Door-to-Door, I went with them because of the customer service I received from Mikela. She was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. She did not try to sell me or push for the order. She was very nice to talk to and answered all the questions I had as a first time shipper. She followed up with information about the company that showed professionalism.

When it came time to schedule the delivery she was right on top of things. Tom, the driver she connected me with, contacted me before the pickup and was exactly on time picking the truck up. He was friendly and professional. He contacted my son prior to deliver and met him at the proper location at the agreed to time. There was no damage to the truck and my son was very happy with how easy everything went at delivery.
