This unregulated industry is full of companies that are have fraudulent and really bad business practices But with Door-to-Door, Laura was so friendly on the phone. The process went extremely smooth. The driver called one day ahead to pickup and the vehicle and was friendly. He gave us his number and met us in Atlanta about one week later. He picked up the check no questions or complaints and went on his merry way.
