I had never bought a car online. I've been looking for close to a year for a specific car and I finally found it. Now, working with this particular dealership is another story all together. But, when I finally got a nice sales rep, he helped me close the deal and then recommended Door To Door Transport. I called the number and Lola answered. She was as nice as can be. She put me at ease and explained the process. We discussed price and I thought it was very fair. Once my car deal was finalized, I called Lola and she went into action. She got in touch with the sales rep and while it took a few days longer than I'd hoped for, my car was picked up and headed my way. Lola sent me an email with details of the contact person, price, id number etc. After a few days, I called and the guy who answered said he was dispatcher. He told me he'd get in touch with me in a few hours. He ended up texting me that my car would be delivered the next day. Sure enough, the next day, the driver called and said he was 30 minutes away. While there was a language barrier, we managed to understand one another just enough and shortly, my car arrived. I looked it over and didn't see any issues. I've had my car now 3 days and couldn't be happier. If you're hesitant in the least, don't be. Call Door to Door and give them a try.
