I can't say enough about my positive experience. after arranging everything with the very smart and friendly Loretta, I had a family emergency and needed to reschedule my pick up, thinking I would lose my deposit... Loretta indicated she understood and it was not a problem. That was the first nice thing...second when the driver arrived to pick up my car he could not have been nicer and assured me he would take good care of everything. Upon arrival in Ft. Lauderdale the drivers (who drove it up from Miami could not have been more professional. The whole experience was a breeze, I would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone. Thanks Loretta and the team. You made everything so easy! And I have my car safe and sound in South Florida from Point Lookout, Long Island. Robert
