Customer Service - honest, open communication, prompt follow up, and willing to please customer. Roy was a peace of comfort during an uneasy process. He went beyond by working after hours to get my car picked up at the last minute. He knows his busy and would not commit to me a date simple to get my business. Payment- No monies until driver picked up car. Simple! I provided card detail at time of order, then after car was picked up it was charged. So many others required payment up front without a promise for pick up date. Not here, Roy advised approx timing for pickup and only charged deposit once car was picked up. That is honesty. Process - simple process, Roy called after finding transporter, confirmed deliver date and approx time. He reviewed process, contacted my dealer directly, and arrange pick up. Roy called to keep me updated every step of the way. No hassle, no worries. Transportation- transporter does a pre pick up inspection to confirm interior and exterior of vehicle at time of pick up. Dealer confirms so if upon delivery there is damage, I was covered. Roy provided contact number of transporter so I was able to call to coordinate delivery. The transporter even changes drop address to accommodate my wife’s schedule. Upon drop off, which was in 2 days! Most companies promised 3-5 days or wanted more money to guarantee 2days, my wife did inspection to confirm no damage during transport. Transporter was great and agreed to call my wife 1hr before to give her time. I spoke to several companies before going with them, they were hands on the most professional, affordable and honest. Highly recommend. I did my research and there are so many bad companies. Don’t risk a horror story. Take it form me first hand, use Door to Door. Buying a car sight unseen then shipping is a nail biting experience. Roy made it so easy and pleasant, thank you!
