When I originally contacted Kelly and decided to have Door To Door transport my 1959 VW Beetle from California to Wisconsin, he quoted me a specific price. As the pick-up date got closer and closer, being that I had never transported a car before, Kelly had told me that upon arrival of my car, I was to pay the driver the entire amount of my contracted price. Door To Door would not take the original quoted price on my credit card at the time the vehicle was picked up in California. This meant that Kelly went out of his way to find a driver to transport my car and being that I lived a bit more North in Wisconsin, the driver wanted more money than Kelly had originally thought, so in the end, Door To Door Transport made not one cent on the transportation of my vehicle, yet went out of their way to be sure my car was picked up on time and delivered on time with a reputable driver. I cannot say enough of Kelly and Door To Door for their impeccable service. The integrity that this company offers its customers is the way everyone should run their business. My sincere thanks to Kelly and Door To Door. If you are looking for a company to handle the transport of your car, look no further, Door To Door has the service and integrity you are looking for.
