They are professional and friendly. I first spoke with Lola on Labor Day, 9/6. We subsequently agreed on a pick-up between 5 -6 PM on Sunday 9/12. Driver called first and arrived at my home at 5:30 PM. Driver said he would deliver the car in FL late afternoon on Tuesday 9/14. He provided his name and cell # and was polite and professional. The car was delivered as promised by 5:00 PM Tuesday 9/14. This was a stress-free transaction beginning with my first call to Lola, followed by my positive experience with the driver and ending with the delivery. I give them and Auto Express Transfer (driver) an unqualified recommendation. I would absolutely recommend them and use them again.
