I contacted many shipping companies about shipping my 1997 Lexus SC400 from Des Plaines, Illinois to Los Angeles, California. Door-to-Door had the best rate by far and although I was a bit skeptical at first, my experience was nothing but outstanding. The communication between their company and the driver/transport company in terms of updates and accessiblity was above and beyond my expectations. I was given the cell phone of the driver to schedule a good delivery time, and he called me back with updates on his progress from Illinois. My vehicle arrived in pristine condition and considering I purchased this older model Lexus because 5 were ever made in its exterior/interior color combination- I was impressed with the care taken with my vehicle.

I may buy another vehicle out-of-state and will absolutely contact Door-to-Door for another job. Their experience and awesomely helpful attitude made what inherently is a stressful situation into a wonderful experience. I would highly recommend them for their customer service and quality of work!
