Overall, my experience using Door-to-Door automotive delivery company was good. The initial communication by the dispatcher was excellent. Unfortunately, the person actually delivering the vehicle was rather difficult to get a hold of. Contacting the main dispatching was decent. I think the communication between the dispatcher needs to synch up a little better however. The driver did have issues with his truck unfortunately. The transaxle has issues, therefore extended the actual target delivery time. I do not have any issues with that, as this was not a fault of the driver. The driver overall was very courteous and helpful. I did appreciate his determination to deliver my vehicle that evening. The condition of the vehicle as well as the truck delivering my vehicle was in excellent condition. I would definitely recommend Door-to-Door as a delivery service in the future. Thank you.
