Transporting a truck

I had never transported a vehicle before and heard nothing but horror stories about doing so. All went well with my transport and I had no problems with this compnay. The good things are that they are very friendly people and a small close family business. I guess the only bad thing was that once they hire someone to pick up a vehicle, they really have limited contact with the specific driver. I was leary about that at first because they kept telling me to trust them and that my vehicle was OK. At one point no one really knew where "on the route" my vehicle was and I wanted to know more specifics. I probably was a bit more nervous that I needed to be. Once I got in contact with the actual driver, I felt much better. The truck that delivered my vehicle was in excellent condition and even though my truck was filthy, it was understandable since it was snowing/sleeting. Also, thee cost was VERY inexpensive sompared to other companies. Overall the only thing that I didn't like about the whole process was all the companies that "heard" I was looking to transport a vehicle and hounded me every 2 minutes via phone calls and emails. It is a very aggressinve market when it comes to transporting vehicles. If I ever need to transport a car again, I would definitely use Door To Door again.
