After sending out for quotes, they got back to me the next day with a written quote and estimated pick up/delivery time. They were the best deal, very efficient, and extremely friendly. They did not charge my credit card until the driver was assigned. The driver was at the house the next day and gave us a couple of hours of warning ahead of time prior to pick up. I would use them again. Randy
