Good: The price really is unbeatable. They offered the best price out of all the companies I called. The company is family owned and the people I spoke with were very polite and nice.

Bad: Their estimate on pick up/delivery was off. They gave me a time frame (3-5 days) and an actual day in which they expected the car to be picked up. I got nervous when I noticed that my credit card had been charged and yet no word from the company about a pick up time. (They have a no deposit charged until the car is dispatched to a driver policy). I waited two more days before I called them to see what was going on. They got back to me a few hours later to tell me that someone would pick up my car on the 6th day. Just wish they would have updated me about the progress because my flight out had been planned around getting the car shipped first.

The actual driver was very friendly and very thorough. Unfortunately, a series of snow storms delayed the delivery of my car and my vehicle was filthy because of it. I was quite embarrassed and got a lot of stares/comments while driving to the car wash in Miami. The mercedes that was loaded closer to the front was spotless, but my car and another avg sedan got the worst of it. I don't' blame the driver, but I'm just curious as to how THAT much dirt can get on a car.

Overall, this company is above avg. The job got done for an economical price.
