Excellent overall experience from the time I contracted with "Door to door" until the vehicle was delivered!! I originally contracted with the first company to respond to my request for a quote that I happen to be available to speak to personally. I became frustrated when they seemed indifferent whether the car was delivered or not once they recieved the order confirmation. After literally two weeks and a few days, I canceled the contract and spoke directly to J.R. from Door to door transport. He empathised with how some companies do business and promised me that my car would be delivered on time using Door to door transport. I was pleased to see that the car was assigned to a professional driver in a timely fashion and was soon contacted by the driver thereafter. He was courteous, prompt and an excellent communicator in regard to when my vehicle would complete it's 1989 mile journey to Connecticut from Texas. My transport driver was Benjamin. He kept me informed the entire time he had my vehicle on board and promptly returned phone calls regarding his progress and whereabouts as he made the trip to the NorthEast through a Nor'Easter storm we were experiencing at the time. The car was delivered in a timely fashion and actually a day or so earlier than anticipated which gave me the weekend to enjoy the car before returning to work on Monday. I recommend Door to door transport and will definately use them for future vehicle transport needs from the fifty states! Sincerely, Doug Jensen
