I was scheduled to have my vehicle picked up Saturday the 17th by dream auto transports' Chase. Then Saturday came and the carrier never showed up. But Dream auto had already emailed me the carrier company name and number. So I reached out to the company and got in contact with a woman. Who then tells me that they don't pick up on the weekends. And they didn't know why the broker told me that the pick up was for Saturday. This was Saturday Evening Dream Auto transport was closed and wouldn't be open again until Monday Morning. Sunday afternoon I send Chase an email just to try and he actually answered me giving me his cell phone. I contact him and tell him what's going on obviously being mad at Chase feeling he lied and mislead me. Then Chase informs me he has a text msg from the carrier company that they requested pick up on Saturday which he forwards to me so the carrier company lied and threw Chase under the bus which I hear happens all the time the broker gets the fault for everything being the first point of contact. Chase contacts the woman on 3 way who lied and I was impressed how hard he went to bat for me. He promised to have a new carrier company pick up by Monday and he he did. I'm happy!!!
