number until Monday...???? oh well, I don't care about the darn number, I just don't want to deal with them anymore. They told me they'll call me on Monday to give me my cancellation number....well guess what? they NEVER called back! surprised? not really. I gave them a call a few days later and they said: "what do you want? you canceled your order?"...what do I want? well, I'm not calling you to make friends, I'm calling you because I want my money back! They tell me they'll do the best they can to get my money back as soon as possible.
- In the meantime I made a contract with another company to pick up my truck.-
I had to call Duo Fast one more time and ask to speak to someone in accounting, and I was transferred to Ms. Katie Williams who for a change, was nice, warm and swift with the refund.
Ms. Katie Williams was the only one who actually did her job right. She told me my refund would take 24 to 48 hrs. to be completed and I received my refund in the exact time frame. All Duo Fast did was low ball the offer to get me hooked on signing a contract with them, to then tell me lies in order to make me wait more when they knew perfectly that my truck was NOT going to move for $500. I was going to open a complaint against them with the BBB but I did get my refund on time.
I would NEVER do a contract with Duo Fast ever again to move my car or truck. Unless I want a refund, they know how to do that well.

P.S. My truck is confirmed to arrive to CO this Monday 23th, it was picked up on 01/19/12 and apparently moving a truck from Laredo, TX to Lakewood, CO is not as hard as Duo Fast made it look.

Thank you Duo Fast Transport, for making me waste 3 weeks of my life doing business with you.

We'd like to offer an explanation as to what happened with this customer- Due to the 2011 holiday season we experienced a major back up with some of our routes and some of our customers experienced some delays. It was not just our company, most transport companies all experience the same issues since we all work with the same system and use most of the same drivers. This vehicle got picked up because thankfully things have been back to normal for a couple of weeks now. It is never our intent to experience any type of delay, it is not our intent to inconvenience any of our customers. On the contrary we work diligently to accommodate our customers as best as possible. We keep very much in account our customer's time and particular needs for their transport. We offer an apology for any inconvenience, please know it is never our intent.
