Alex smith promised me everything on earth before I signed the contract for shipping my car from KS to CA for $600.(But I ended up paying $950) Since I have already read the reviews on this website I was little hesitant to pay and I asked him to email me everything written, that way I will have documentation. This guy emailed me saying that I will not be charged anything additional eventhough if they did not find a truck on this route and that I can put my personal belongings in my car - no weight limit, and that I will not be charged extra for stuffing my car. After receiving this confirmation I signed the contract and bingo that's it. That was the last time I ever spoke to him. He already made his profit. My car was supposed to be picked up on March 11th and I waited and called Alex Smith, he never talked to me, either he transferred my call to dispatch or disconnected. I finally got disgusted and started calling dispatch directly, Wesley Davis talked to me and said the truck is on its way and will pick my car on 11th evening which never happened. My flight was scheduled on 15th afternoon. Nothing happened despite calling them, I got the same answer that the truck driver was on his way, since I din't have any other go had to leave my car at my office parking lot handing over the keys to my colleagues and flew to CA. I told Duofast beforehand that I will not be available and could not make any arrangements after I get out of KS. These guys, Wesley Davis, Robert Grey, Salma, Alex Smith everyone ignored my statements and after I reached CA, I gave a call myself inquiring the status and got an answer that my place in KS was off the highway and that I have to drive my car to Kansas city for the driver to pick it up. After their insanity, I finally found some guy to drive my car to Kansas city and then when I call them back Davis and Robert have no clue of what was happening. I really got frustrated and directly called the truck guy and he was saying that he will come and pick the car only if I pay him $1000. Then I call back duofast to find out what exactly was happening Alex smith says I've to pay $1000 and that he made false promises to me because he doesn't know how much it would cost the driver. Dude wait a second, then why are you in this business???!!! Ms. Salma threatens me that I need to pay $1000 for my car to be picked up or it will get rusted in the parking lot until they find a driver who can do the job for $600. Lady its your fault lieing, why don't you tell the truth upfront and later torture your customers with your insane behaviour. Alright after certain negotations and fights and abuses, the driver came down to $800, picked my car abused me while picking up my car for loading it with belongings. Alright its peaktime now do I really need to go through all this....well I need my car...okie ....later a day after I get a call from the truck driver's wife asking me to be ready to pay extra $300 for stuffing my car with my belongings. I told her my situation and said that I'm already paying $350 extra than what I have signed and I can't pay anymore and that I have a written proof from alex smith himself stating that I can stuff my car. And then I was asked to call the driver and talk to him, this guy Isaac threatens me saying that either I've to pay $300 extra and agree to it within an hour of my call or else my belongings will end up in trash and my car won't be in shape. He said he is not going to call Duofast as it is not his responsibility and I have to make my settlement with duofast but have to pay him additional $300. When I call back Duofast, Mrs. Katie Williams comes into the show and explains me that its my fault for stuffing my car and makes false statements that she has a recorded voice of mine agreeing to Alex Smith's statement that I will not stuff my car. Ms. Katie....its high time and I'm not going to take it anymore. Finally not knowing what to do, I called the truck driver's wife to negotiate and explained the whole situation about what has happened to me and faxed her all the emails I've from Mr. Alex Smith. She somehow felt pity on me and came down on the price. Meanwhile Ms. Katie calls me up and starts negotiating that Duofast will pay $100 and I have to pay another $100, and that truck driver will come down a $100. Wait a minute, I've already made my negotiations and now why should I pay you lady. I was almost dead dealing with Duofast and asked her to play me the audios she has that I've agreed on, that way I can pay her the $100. She said she can't do it and that I need to be in person in her office to listen to those recorded conversations of me and alex. Well, thanks then do what you want. Am not gonna pay a single penny more for this job. After few hours she calls me back and pretends as she has done me favor saying that driver agreed to do the job for no extra price for my belongings and asks me to call her back if ever the driver threatens me again. Okie, thanks that was a way big effort you put for me!!!! Never again will I do business with you female!!! I waited and waited like a Sinbad who was waiting to see the seashore, and finally my car reaches to CA on March 23rd night. And guess what its not a door to door service, I need to drive an hour to collect my car. A sincere request to duofast -please kindly you guys in your contract include a p.s saying that you are inefficient and dishonest, fraudulent to the max. extent and try ripping off your customers, its only you show your sweetness until you get your share and later the customer needs to take care of the rest at his own cost.

May be I should conclude thanking you guys for your tremendous efforts you have put in offering an excellent service and keeping me entertained for more than 2 weeks!!! PHEW!!!
Guess what....My reviews are being deleted as Duofast is reporting to tranpsort reviews that I am not their customer. Come on guys....don't you have the courage to face it when you can trouble your customer to any extent.
