I needed my 2004 Lexus shipped the next day was told that a few days notice is usually needed but that they would do their best to get me a driver as soon as possible. Luckily Henry was able to find me a driver the same day I placed the order for pickup the next day just how I wanted. Don't expect to be as lucky as I was in getting a driver for next day pickup but overall I was very happy with the service and timely manner that was provided to me being the short notice that I gave them. Can't complain.
