Duo Fast was supposed to pick up my car and deliver it to Florida. First of all, they never came. Second of all, after numerous phone calls they told me several false excuses (lies) but said that if I was willing to pay more they c,ould get it moved. They definitely used a bait and switch technique. Fortunately for me another transporter contacted me and within 24 hours my car was picked up and delivered in perfect condition. I have been trying for months to get back my deposit. Now they're not even answering the phone.
