I had two vehicles shipped. One from Miami to San Francisco and one from Punta Gorda to Phoenix. Both vehicles were picked up at the time they said they would be picked up. Mark was able to find two fantastic companies to ship the vehicles. My first experience with auto transportation was a nightmare. I couldn't understand the drivers and I had to wait five hours for the driver to arrive. With the companies that Mark selected the drivers were friendly and on time. Mark was very knowledgeable with questions that I had and provided excellent customer service. I would ship with Mark again, and if I ever need auto transport again he will be the only person I call.
