I have used several transport companies in the past and have always been disappointed in the customer service. My experience in regard to that this time, however, exceeded all of my expectations. My primary contact, Miah Park, was not only knowledgeable and pleasant, she very clearly enjoyed her job. Miah made herself available to me any time I needed her, giving me her direct line. Miah also always answered my questions, no matter how small or trivial, and left me feeling well taken care of. This process was easy and stress free thanks to the attention to detail and great concern shown by my contact, Miah. I will be recommending this company the first chance I get.
