I received a lot of offers and was unsure which company to use. Kevin from dynamic auto movers stood out with his consistent attempt to earn my business and honesty. He was very professional and made me believe it will be a stress-free experience.

However, we ended up with having a few issues with the driver - from WEO Trucks LLC, a company based in Lebanon, MO. The driver did not deliver the car to our destination, St. Louis, instead, they took the car to Lebanon, MO, and asked us to pick up the car from Lebanon and would not release the car until we agreed to pay $80 more. The driver lied a lot which could be easily verified through phone and text message records.

Kevin promptly jumped in to help resolve the issue upon hearing this. He made a three-way call to get the owner of the truck company on the line. Soon it was clear that the owner Gig Barbara did not care what her customers felt or the business partner Dynamic Auto cared. At the end Kevin came through and solved the issue by giving back 50% of his deposit.

Good to know that there are still people in this world that do care about the customers satisfaction.

Despite the unpleasant experience with the carrier, I would definitely will use Dynamic Auto Movers again or recommend it to my friends.
