My first customer experience with Dynamic Auto Movers was without problem. They contacted myself and advised of the process. After numerous calls/texts from other auto transporters I called Dynamic, due to no pressure selling. Kevin Mathews (Dynamic Broker) babysat this deal from beginning to the end, even after the car was FINALLY delivered. However.... There always the actual service (Transporter - Quality Auto Sale, LLC) that made the industry look like complete clowns in a circus. From numerous opportunities to communicate the issues with customer to continued broken promises. There was a point and time during the transport process that I wasn't sure if I still had a vehicle in transport. Good Job Kevin Mathews @ Dynamic (Excellent Rating) Please do not get this rating confused with the actual Transport Company - TIP: For future reference... Don't end each conversation with "How am I getting Paid", especially when your not holding up your end of the bargain...
