I made arrangements one month prior to my move. I was given a quote to transport my automobile and motorcycle. I chose Dynamic based on their reviews and Jack convinced me that his company was reputable and they do not collect money up front. I changed my destination 3 weeks prior to my move and was assured that there would be no problem. I was sent an invoice on a Friday, 3 days prior to my move and it had the wrong destination. I emailed and called Jack and told him the destination was incorrect. He told me he would update it. He updated it and it still had the wrong destination. He finally sent an invoice with correct destination. I signed the paperwork and asked him to confirm that he had received it. I didn't hear back from him. On the day of the move I texted him and asked Jack if the move was still on. He texted back "it is." I called him later that morning to confirm the time. Jack told me later that afternoon. At 6pm, I called and said that no one had shown up or called. He said he would call the driver and get back to me. He never called me back. The next day I called and he said the driver was grounded because he had driven too many miles. I asked him why didn't he convey that to me. Jack proceeded to give me all kinds of excuses on why it was so difficult to transport a motorcycle. I then asked to speak to someone else. I spoke with Larry, who said this was a priority and they were trying to make arrangements. Needless to say, they never came through and I had to leave my vehicles behind as I had to move. The next day, Paul at King of the Road happened to call. I explained my situation to him. He said to give him some time and he would call me back. He called me back a couple of hours later and said he was making arrangements and quoted me a price. In less than 24 hours, Paul had made all the arrangements. My vehicles were picked up and delivered on time with no drama.
