Dynamic Auto Movers and Derrick were 5 stars in service and availability before and after the transport to deal with issues from the contracted carrier. The contracted carrier by Dynamic: Xtreme Auto Brokers and Transport LLC was awful and deserves less than 1 star. Henry Enrique, owner of Xtreme, was not available at all during transport nor after transport to deal with issues . My vehicle was freshly detailed in and out immediately prior to drop off. The carrier was 2 days late with no way to contact during transit, then called 4-5 times in 5 minutes as the driver was pulling up the street to my house for delivery. My vehicle was driven 11 miles during transport,and the drivers window was left open during transport(admitted by driver) covering the wood, leather, and several screens on the interior with a fine grit. The driver admitted to climbing in and out of the vehicle through the drivers window and scratched the vehicle in the process!! The driver claimed that it was the only way he could get in although I witnessed him pull back the trailers curtain and use the door. The driver used greasy gloves and covered the interior with grease. The driver was also hostile and threatening. Also during transport, an antenna on the roof was damaged along with a dent causing water leaks and additional scratches were made. Apparently, Extreme insurance has a $2500 deductible and require that Xtreme acknowledge the claim. My Insurance claim has currently been denied by their insurance carrier because the insurance carrier cannot reach Henry or Xtreme. My insurance company is working on this along with my Lawyer. The experience with Xtreme Auto Brokers and Transport LLC has been a nightmare. The experience with Dynamic Auto Movers was pleasurable.
