After initially using another company, Nation Auto Tranport LLC, to which I fell trap to the most unprofessional and deceitful company, I went back to the original firm I was contacted by in Dynamic Auto. I made the mistake of not using them first. Julie was extremely helpful and was able to help me recover from two failed pickups by Nation Auto by arranging for a driver in less than 48 hours. She was very communicative, polite, professional and made it all happen. I will be forever grateful in getting my son's car out to California a day earlier than expected so he could start his internship. The only reason I didn't give a 5-star, which is well deserved if just service and professionalism was the measure, was the continued increase in price from my original contact to my re-contact after the Nation Auto experience. The price kept going up, as would be expected as the date was so close to the needed pickup, and went up a second time until we finally secured a driver. This may not be all Dynamic's fault, but rather the drivers knowing your desperation, but nonetheless it made me very unnerved about the trucking industry for this type of service. Unfortunately I may have to do it in getting the car back from California to Illinois 4 months from now but if I do, I know I have Julie to make it all happen (price aside). Thanks Julie. Thanks Dynamic. Consumers beware of using Nation Auto Transport LLC. Don't even consider it.
