Lack of honesty is the problem.

My issue is that I was quoted 590 dollars by the broker. He called 2 days later saying that he had someone to transport it but he had to bump up the price an additional 100 to get someone to take it so the total would be 690. After delivery I paid the driver 500 by cash. I paid the broker 190 by CC. So the extra 100 was for the broker and no one else. After paying the broker I politely told the broker that I could see that the extra 100 was for him and had nothing to do with securing a hauler. The broker explained that he had to give the hauler 100 by CC due to limits on cash that a hauler is allowed to keep on hand. My car was delivered on time for an acceptable price so maybe I should be happy. I give 3 stars because I assume this behavior is typical for the business.
