Worst ever (The agent is the worst!!)

I called the company a month ago to make the arrangement. My company was going to make the payment, so I gave Nick G. my company's contact info so that he can make the payment arrangement with my company. I told him SPEACIFICALLY and CLEARLY that if the payment is not paid by September 15 (which is two weeks before the arragned picked up date), call me. He promised me and said he had that date written on his calander, so he would call me no matter what. He never called, so I assumed that everything was taken care of. So, 2 days before the shipping date, I called to ask for when his guy will come to pick up the truck. He said he was waiting for me to pay the shipping fee like I never talked him ever!!! After that, he blamed everything on me. He even ignored my phone calls! He is the WORST for what he is doing! NEVER USE THEM!!!
