Good price but communication could be better

The representative from E Transport Solutions Inc. did EVERYTHING right. He found a trucker to make the motorcycle delivery, he communicated in a timely manner and offered a very reasonable price. The driver, however, never confirmed that he actually picked up the bike, didn't communicate at all once he had it and then called Monday morning at my office to inform me he was ready to deliver. Considering he had 2 full days to call me to arrange when the delivery would take place, I was both nervous about the shipment and somewhat disappointed. However, that's on the driver, not the broker. I was very satisfied with the broker.
