All I can say is DON'T DO IT! I never even got my vehicle picked up. I had to keep calling to find out a status on when the driver was going to pick up my car. When I was told I would be contacted back, I never did. The sales rep was very nice even with me being upset. The rep did say the truck broke down in south Texas and that was the only thing I could get out of it. I was never charged thank goodness.
