Unacceptable. I am relocating and didn't need this issue. I called several times to get updates, but could not get through. On day 4 of the 5 day window, I was told that the issue was that they don't have a lot of service into the Colorado area and no shipper has accepted the bid. I will now have to tow the vehicle myself.
