Car Transport Service NOT as expected

We had 3 vehicles to move from MD to UT and contracted with EasyCarMove.com with what we thought was a good price of $2580 total however when they had not been picked up 2 days after our 5 day window of pick-up we had to contract with another carrier that could get the job done on time and at a much higher price. If a transporter service can not actually find truckers that are willing to move your vehicles for the Quoted and contracted price then they should not even give you a quote in the first place. I found mixed reviews on this company and thought it would be fine. This industry seems like it is really run by what I call just a bunch of loose cannons that are willing to say what ever it takes to get you under contracts that they can not perform. To their credit the original company did send me an email stating that my contract had been cancelled and no charges would be incurred to my credit card. I wish there were a way to know how to find a reputable service in this industry. We hope our vehicles get picked up today or tomorrow because we fly out then.
