Horrible Customer Service

I almost never submit reviews, even when I receive bad service because I always try to give companies the benefit of the doubt. However, my experience with this company was so horrible that I really feel the need to warn others. First, I submitted the car move request a couple of months before my scheduled move, and then gave the company the 5 day window to schedule the move. As my five day window approached, I contacted the company and they told me that they would have the carrier call me about 12 hours before pickup to make arrangements. I called a couple of days later (during the 5 day window) again because I hadn't heard anything, and I was told again that everything was going as planned. On the last day of the window, I tried calling again because I hadn't received anything and couldn't get in touch with the company. Their phone went to an after hours line until about 12:00 (noon) that day. They did not call me back after leaving a message. Very frustrating not being able to get in touch with an actual person, on the day that my car was supposed to be picked up!!! I finally received an email that my car would be delayed 2-3 days. I responded and asked them to call me. They did not. I finally got in touch with them and asked what the 2-3 days meant and they said that is just an estimate, it could be up to 7 days late - and it sounded like it could be later. I understand that scheduling car moves is not like booking an airline ticket, that these brokers rely on other companies for the transport, however, they couldn't give me any real window for the transport, at all, or any assurances that it would actually be shipped in the next couple of weeks. I could understand if I lived in some remote area, but I'm in the DC Area!!! This doesn't make any sense to me. I finally asked to speak to a manager, because I was tired of getting a different story from everyone that I talked to (and not being able to get in touch with them when needed). I was told that I could not talk to a manager. That was not allowed. WHAT???? Clearly, I cancelled and now I need to find an alternative option. Seriously, I really never complain about these types of things, but this experience has been outrageous. Do not use this company!!!
