I had booked the pickup of my car almost 20 days back giving a 5 day window for the pickup. I had called them before the pickup window and they said they will pick it up within that window. The 5 day window just passed with no communication from these guys. I tried calling them several times and they never picked the calls. And I left messages every time I had called.
They did not have a least decency to call me back and let me know if they are going to be delayed. Finally when I called today, the guy casually says we will pickup soon, with no apologies or anything. I just cancelled the shipment as I would not trust these guys anymore. I have to start searching for another transport now, but I would not do business with such people!
May be all the 5 star rating is a fake.
