I ordered a pick up for 3 months down the road, I was sent emails and an itinerary they sent me, in both i was told there will be NO CHARGE until a driver has been selected. A driver was obviously not selected yet because it was so far down the road, and i was not contacted saying there was. I cancelled my request a week after i ordered it and got a $30 charge taken from my bank account automatically they called a "cancellation fee" which is typical for a lot of businesses but i was under the understanding specifically from their site and emails that there would be NO CHARGE OR CANCELLATION FEE. I feel lied to and taken advantage of. This isn't a review about their transporting service because i didn't get that far but i do not like a business that pulls random amounts of money out of my bank account without my consent or knowing of, thank you.
