I honestly don't know if this is even a company. I could never speak to a person after attempting to call, leave voicemails, and send emails with no luck. I would get the occasional response by email, but could never speak to a person. not only did they not pick up my vehicle, they decided to cancel my order. They said I could pay priority and my vehicle would be picked up. This after, waiting over 30 days, no no phone call or response. My answer to the email was why would I pay for priority when your are well over the alloted time for my pick up. Never received a response, just an email that said I don't owe any money and my order was cancelled. Your company is pathetic and you owe me and everyone else an explanation. I'm waiting for your call and you have my number.
