Dear Mr.Graham with all do respect sir the reason why you did not get your vehicle picked up was because you neglected to answer the drivers phone call 3 hours in advanced to pick up. Since this occured he dropped the load because like you were advised by Ecc transport.This shows how important it is to answer the drivers phone call prior to pick up. Like we said from the beggininng, if a service was not provided we would fully return your money back and we did. We ask you to please not talk bad about our company because we do honest business and cherish our customers. If anyone would like to see a copy of this customers recepit that his money was returned please do not hesitate to call ECC TRANSPORT INC at 305- 549-8203 thank you ECC TRANSPORT INC.
