When I contacted this company about transporting my car I spoke with Jonathan and told him I needed a specific date. He said he would call his driver in that area about availability for that day. Jonathan called back about ten minutes later and said that date was available and asked if a morning pickup was fine. He said they just needed $150.00 deposit to ensure a spot for my vehicle on the truck for that day. I put down the deposit, but the transport never happened. Jonathan emailed me two days before the transport that he didn't have a driver yet, which I was told before I put the deposit down that he already had a driver. By then it was too late to find someone else to transport the car and I'd already put down a deposit so I hoped for the best. The day of the transport I waited and waited and no driver. The driver called me late in the afternoon saying he was all the way down in Fresno and wouldn't be in my area that day. As that was my last day in that area I had to leave my car there. I contacted ECC many times by both email and phone and requested my deposit back, but I haven't heard from them again. I once received an email from a Glenda V. who said if I left my phone number she would call me back, but she never has. I get the same message when I call that a lot people get that the "magic jack" number is unavailable and to leave a message. I am completely frustrated with this company if you can actually call them a company. I am going to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau about them. They take advantage of people like me who are in a tight spot and crunched for time. I have been trying to get my deposit back for over a month and haven't heard back from them at all. Hopefully with all the complaints about them they will go out of business soon! To those seeking transport for your car, Do Not Use ECC.

This customer was picked up and delivered she requested to be picked up and Ecc transport provided a service.We are very sorry for not getting it a specific day but the driver did pickup the next day and delivered the following day and we can provide paperwork that we provided a service.At Ecc we render a service or your money back guaranteed.
