With only a few reviews, I was a bit skeptical at first. I decided to call and ask a few questions regarding shipping a car since this was my first time. Rachel and Max were extremely patient and answered all of my questions without putting any pressure on me to ship my car with them. They walked me through the process and explained to me about "ready dates" and set my expectations.

I then called a competitor who hurried me and pushed me to place my shipment with them. They were sort of helpful I guess, however, I felt they didn't care and just wanted to make a sale.

I did end up shipping with Eagle and I am so happy I did. From the moment I hung up the phone I was constantly in the loop with the shipping process from assigning a driver, pick up, transport, and finally delivery. I was in contact via phone, email and TEXT MESSAGE! Wow! Text messages were great, I could get an update by glancing at my phone when the updates were sent.

The driver was very friendly and made sure my car was damage free upon pickup and delivery.

Overall, I am very very happy I shipped my car with Eagle. Rachel and Max, Thank you guys so much for taking care of our family car. Moving was hard enough, you're peace of mind was certainly a great help. Thanks again.
