Spoke with Ron about transport on Nov 2. Scheduled to call by 11/11 and pickup by 11/12. My credit card was charged, never a call or any other communication. Phone number was some other restaurant or something. My credit card company, Capital One, handled getting my money back. Still have had no communication of any kind from Eagle.
