We shipped our daughter's her car from Southern California to Maryland after the Holidays. I sent a request via the internet and received a barrage of emails from all over (Eagle Auto Transport is NOT one of them), I carefully screened the reviews and some of them are scary. I modified my search by Review Ratings and looked at the reviews and I initiated contacts to those companies that respond to their reviews (good and bad). I called Marie on Monday and she claimed she could schedule a pick-up the next morning. The driver (carrier: ACE Auto Trans INC) called and scheduled a pick-up between 8-12 and was there at 8:30 am Tuesday. The car was delivered in Maryland at 11:20 am Friday. The car was dirty as expected driving through winter weather in an open carrier. I guess if you want it delivered clean, ship it in closed carrier and pay more. I would definitely recommend them and use them again, should I need to ship a car again.
