I spent about three weeks researching transporters and was dismayed by the overall disappointing and downright dishonest scenarios I found. That drove me to BBB where I found Earth Auto Shippers. Even comparing them to other BBB members, their organization was head and shoulders above the rest. I called them to "interview" them and was tremendously impressed. I needed the car delivered promptly and was given a promise that it would be picked up within two weeks. They then exceeded my expectations by calling back the SAME day that I booked the transport to give me a pick-up date a few days later. In spite of some kind of mechanical problem with the transporting truck, the car was delivered without a scratch six days later instead of three days later, which was fine. The driver Ray was very professional and even walked back to the house to drive the car out to the transport. He called both me and my son who was getting the car each time he said he would.
