From my initial contact asking for rate quotes to the day of the pickup, I was more than 100% satisfied. Mr Perry responded to my request for 11 minutes after I posted the emails to begin the process. Being new to auto transport, the entire process was explained to me and Mr Perry was always available to answer any questions. I highly recommend East West Auto Transport and if I ever need to ship another vehicle, I'll know exactly who to call.
