I placed the request for picking up my vehicle during the Holiday week between Christmas and New Years. Alan was very straight forward in letting me know that most truckers were on vacation that week and that it may be a while before my vehicle was picked up. I appreciated his honesty all throughout this process and I am VERY happy with the end result. My vehicle is not small and not all trucks were able to transport. He did find me a carrier right after the holiday season.

I plan on using again!
