Unfortunately Mr evans there are delays involved in transport from time to time.We were in communication with you throughout the whole time of this process.The original truck we had scheduled in fact did have mechanical issues not being able to follow through with pickup,We quickly got to work and found you the next available carrier who was picking up.Yes your pickup destination peioria IL is not a common area for pickup so thats why it takes a little bit longer to find a driver which we did find a replacement driver in not long a time at all about 48HRS...We know you cannot make every single customer 100% satisfied but we try our best,to go as far as calling us names and accusing of us of what? As far as any price increase we offset it by lowering the partial payment(broker fee),please contact me directly 7863709248 so we can resolve this matter,thank you
