First time shipping with Eastern Pacific Logistics. They explained the whole process thoroughly. I felt very comfortably releasing my vehicle to the carrier. They also picked up and dropped off my car as scheduled. When I called into the company it was very comforting to know that I coulld speak with someone other than a answering machine.
