the Carlos guy is a frauder,he sweet talks you and give you assurance of picking your cars,Gives you a good quote so you will be willing to pay after you pay him,he doesnt pick your calls again.but if you call with another number,he quickly picks because he thinks he is a new customer..Even if he gives you a lower quote to other shippers,which is his way of getting you,just dont deal with him,i just learnt the hard way this week.
